Our Customer Service hours are 9am - 5pm PST, Monday - Friday.

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays). However, some orders take 24-48 hours to process. 

Please note that orders that are returned back to sender due to customer or address error will be refunded once received back in the warehouse.

Package Refusal

If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping charges
  • Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

International Returns

For international returns, please follow the directions on your packing slip or refer to our returns page. Return the items using an insured postal carrier. The return label on the Zobha.com packing slip is only valid for shipping within the United States and international customers are responsible for return shipping. When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a refund notification.

Zobha.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages.
