We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 30 days of your order. Product must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

Your refund will be in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please allow two weeks for your return package to be processed. Refunds to credit cards will appear within one billing statement.

Please note: All sale items, water bottles, undergarments, and headwear are final sale.


Return an Item

  1. Initiate your online return here 
  2. Select the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. Confirm all your return details
  4. Download and print your return label and packing slip
  5. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and packing slip in a shipping envelope or box
  6. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest post office location. If you’re exchanging items, the return fee will be waived. If you are returning your item(s) for a refund, a flat shipping rate of $6 will be deducted from your return total.


If you use our label to exchange your returned item for a different product, you won’t need to pay a shipping charge. If you return your item for a refund, a shipping charge of $6 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

If you received an item from as a gift, you can return it in exchange for online store credit. Please email with the order number, email associated with the order, or the first and last name of the person who purchased your gift.

Please note that we only accept returns that were purchased from our website, We do not accept returns of our products that were purchased from other retailers.
