Our Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Zobha.com purchase for any reason, we’ll gladly accept return of the product in its original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of your order. Your refund will be in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Please allow two weeks for your return package to be processed. Refunds to credit cards will appear within one billing statement.

If you use our label to exchange your returned item for a different product, you won’t need to pay a shipping charge. If you return your item for a refund, a shipping charge of $5.99 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Please note that all sale items, water bottles, undergarments, and headwear are final sale. Final sale clothing is returnable for full store credit.

If you received an item from Zobha.com as a gift, you can return it in exchange for online store credit. Please email returninquires@Zobha.com with the order number, email associated with the order, or the first and last name of the person who purchased your gift.

Please note that we only accept returns that were purchased from our website, Zobha.com. We do not accept returns of our products that were purchased from other retailers.

Zobha.com reserves the right to deny refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Making an Exchange

To exchange an item, simply return the item and place a new order at Zobha.com. Please indicate new order number on return form to have the return shipping fee waived.

Making a Return

  1. Mark the items that you wish to return on the return form. Failure to include a return form will delay the processing of your return.
  2. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in a shipping envelope or box, along with your return form.
  3. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location. If you’re exchanging items, the return fee will be waived. If you are returning your items for a refund, a flat shipping rate of $5.99 will be deducted from your return total.
  4. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, make sure to obtain a tracking number for your records. We’re not responsible for lost or missing packages.
