How to Order

For your convenience, we have checkout available online. After you submit your order, a confirmation email will be sent. If you prefer to place a phone order or have any questions concerning your order, please call us at 1-844-469-6242.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Amazon Payments, and Zobha.com eGift Cards.

Order Status

To check your order status, please log into your account.

Taxes

The sales tax rate is determined by the location where the merchandise is being shipped. Sales tax will be charged for the following state:

  • Arkansas – 10%
  • California – 9.75%
  • Washington – 9.6%

Changing/Canceling Orders

Please call us immediately at 1-844-469-6242 to change or modify your order, and we will do our best to try to assist you.

Backorders/Notify Me

We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or is sold out and is being restocked. You can choose to be notified by email when your item comes into stock. We currently do not accept backorders.

Price Adjustment Policy

If an item from our website is marked down within 7 days of your purchase, we will offer a one time price adjustment. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. Please call us at 1-844-469-6242 or email us at customerservice@zobha.com to request a price adjustment.
