Ordering Online Ordering your Zobha products on zobha.com is simple and stress-free. Detailed product information, useful tools and a streamlined ordering process make shopping and purchasing a pleasure.
As part of the checkout process you will enter your shipping, billing and credit card information. You will be able to create a user account at zobha.com to make future purchases easier. To create a user account, you will simply need to enter a password; your username will be the email address you gave us for your order. Zobha.com accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Ordering by Phone For your convenience, you may also place orders by phone. Please call 877-266-1866 to reach Zobha Customer Service (Monday – Friday, 9AM - 5PM PST).
Credit Card Security Zobha uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer encryption technology for the checkout process to ensure a safe and secure online shopping experience. This technology makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure checkout server. Your credit card information is never used except to pay for the order you are placing, and to issue a refund if necessary. Your credit card will be charged the day your order is shipped.
Privacy At Zobha we value and respect your privacy. We will not sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your personal information to anyone. We will send you email about the status of your orders, and also about our products, services, promotions and other news. We will provide an easy mechanism for you to "opt out" of receiving email not directly related to an order.
Free Shipping. Free Returns. We make it easy for you to shop Zobha with free ground shipping on any order, any return, and any exchange – for any domestic order. You may also choose to expedite your order at an additional cost.
Shipping & Handling We offer flat rate shipping on orders of every size. Please Note: Due to the Labor Day Holiday, any order placed on or after Friday, September 3rd will ship Tuesday, September 7th.

International Shipping International shipping is provided by Federal Express. The customer is responsible for all customs charges, duties or taxes associated with international shipments, including fees that are collected by the receiving country's customs agencies. Transit times shown below do not account for delays due to customs clearance. Items must first be signed for and accepted before any returns or exchanges can be processed; refunds will not be given for deliveries refused for any reason.

Order and Shipping Confirmations After you place an order with Zobha, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number and a link to track the status of your order.
Sales Tax Zobha collects sales tax on orders shipped to California. We currently do not collect sales tax on orders to all other states.
Return and Exchange Policy We accept returns or exchanges for any reason provided the item(s) have not been used, worn or washed. If an item is damaged or defective we will promptly replace the item or, if you prefer, provide a full refund including shipping. All Zobha underwear sales are final.
To make your return or exchange process easier, we provide a USPS postage paid return label attached to your Packing List. If you prefer to ship using a different carrier (or are an international customer) please use the regular return label on the back of your order summary.
Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for your return request to be processed.
Sending Returns to Zobha To send a return, please follow the instructions on the return form located on your Packing List. Send the returned product and completed form using one of the return labels provided. If you do not have your Packing List, please include the following information with your return:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.
- The item number of the merchandise, if available.
