Ashley TurnerAshley Turner

Recently named "Who's Who of Power Yoga" by Yoga Journal for the 2nd year in a row, Ashley's signature style is evocative, passionate and inspiring. As well as teaching yoga/meditation bi-coastally in Santa Monica, CA and NYC, Ashley holds a private practice in counseling and life-coaching, working intensively with individuals, couples and consulting companies. She integrates contemporary western and classical eastern concepts in a holistic practice to help students and clients reclaim their authentic sense of self, potential and power. Her discerning clientele includes renowned musicians, Hollywood creatives and distinguished business leaders.

Claire Este-McDonaldClaire Este-McDonald

Claire came to Yoga in 2001 after her second child and third back surgery. It was through Yoga and reconnection to faith that her injury healed and a whole new expression of life came into being.

Claire is a Master Baptiste Power Vinyasa Flow Teacher. She is honored to teach at the Flagship Baptiste Power Yoga Institute in Cambridge and Brookline, Massachusetts, where she teaches regularly and leads master workshops on Anatomy, Physiology, and Ayurveda for teachers and students as well as innovative health programs and Baron Baptiste’s 40 Days to Personal Revolution Program. Traveling throughout the U.S. and abroad, Claire facilitates workshops and meditation as well as presenting for the Yoga Journal Conference. Prior to teaching yoga Claire worked as an Emergency Room nurse in the Boston area.

Coral is certified through Shiva Rea as a 500eRYT. Coral teaches Prana Flow yoga and travels the world teaching and assisting her teacher Shiva. Jane AustinJane Austin

Passionate about yoga and the transformative power of motherhood, Jane specializes in teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga. For two decades she has worked with mamas, not only as a yoga teacher but also as a midwife, doula and childbirth educator. Jane’s teaching has been influenced by many teachers and traditions, including Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Anusara. She continues to study with Tony Briggs and Kate Holcombe. Among her most inspirational teachers have been the many hundreds of pregnant women and couples she has worked with over the years.

As a mother, she knows first hand the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga during pregnancy and beyond. It is her mission to help make yoga available to all mothers who wish to practice. Jodie RuftyJodie Rufty

Jodie has been teaching and practicing Hatha Yoga since 1995 in New York City, California and abroad. She is certified through Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level and is currently a Senior Teacher and Trainer for Yoga Works in NYC. Over the years, Jodie has trained with numerous teachers including Rodney Yee, Ana Forrest, Alison West, Desikachar, and Alan Finger. In 2002 Jodie co-founded Amrita Yoga Studio in NYC and in 2004 helped with the start up of Nava Yoga Studio in Zagreb, Croatia. Kay Kay’s journey into yoga began in the summer of 1996 when she first stepped onto her mat at the Bikram Yoga College of India in Honolulu, Hawaii. She began a regular and dedicated yoga practice to heal a low back injury she had sustained from her training to race Hawaiian Outrigger Canoes. Immediately, Kay Kay felt first hand the healing effects of yoga on her low back.

Since then Kay Kay has been diligently working to further develop her studies and increase her understanding of what motivates her to practice and teach. After traveling the globe teaching and studying, Kay Kay is now rooted as a senior teacher at PURE Yoga in NYC.

Kino MacGregorKino MacGregor

Kino MacGregor is one of a select group of people to receive the certification to teach Ashtanga Yoga by its founder Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. The youngest woman to hold this title, she has completed the challenging Third Series and is now learning the Fourth Series with Guruji and Sharath. She is the founder of Miami Life Center, a space for Ashtanga yoga, holistic health and consciousness on Miami Beach, where she and her husband Tim Feldmann teach together www.miamilifecenter.com. Nikki EstradaNikki Estrada

Nikki Estrada discovered yoga in 1993 while in college at UC Santa Barbara. Her passion for yoga led her to India shortly thereafter where she practiced Ashtanga yoga under Pattabhi Jois for three months. She studied and teacher trained with Erich Schiffmann and Sarah Powers. Since that time she has trained with teachers from many disciplines including Vini Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and Anusara Yoga. Her current work is in Tantra. Nikki's Vinyasa based classes are a synthesis of her years of dedicated yogic study and personal experience with an emphasis on intelligent alignment, meditation and living life more joyfully!

Mercedes NgohMercedes Ngoh

Mercedes Ngoh, E-RYT has been living yoga for over a decade. "To create a moving meditation"  is at the heart of her Dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes. A trained dancer, gymnast and athlete, she became more focused on yoga while living in Southern California. As her practice deepened, Mercedes took the natural progression into teaching. Having studied with various inspirational teachers both in California and India, she is passionate about sharing what she has learned with others. Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Mercedes currently lives and teaches in London, England. Most recently, she trained under Shiva Rea to complete her Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training. Sarra MortonSarra Morton

Sarra first fell in love with movement as a dancer in Calgary, Canada. She continued her dance and theatre studies in Southern California where she discovered yoga, and the concept of moving with intention. This idea of physical movement grounded in awareness and its holistic benefits inspired her to take her own yoga practice to a different level. She completed her teacher training at YogaWorks in Santa Monica, CA with Maty Ezraty and Lisa Walford. She became certified in Pilates two years later. Sarra is a Group Fitness Manager teaching classes and workshops for Equinox Fitness Clubs in New York. She also coordinates yoga and meditation events throughout the NYC region. Sarra is inspired by her students and teachers daily, and is thrilled to have a job that inspires purpose and passion in others.

Shannon Paige SchneiderShannon Paige Schneider

Shan, as she is known to her students and friends, is the founder and muse of om time. She is an activist, an eternal optimist, and a lover of the flow of grace within everyone. She is truly here to be part of the collective flow that is "changing the world one downward dog at a time."

Shannon founded and teaches Anjali Restorative Yoga, a deeply restful and healing yoga practice. The practitioner is guided through meditations and thoughtful visualizations, while the body is held and supported by bolsters, pillows, and blankets. By resting deeply, the body engages its natural ability to heal and reset. The effect is profoundly nurturing, thoughtful, and balancing.

Shannon has been a dedicated assistant to Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective since 2005. She teaches and mentors Prana Vinyasa Flow, an energetic, creative full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga. This style was founded and cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Stephanie SnyderStephanie Snyder

Wendy WyvillWendy Wyvill

With a background in competitive gymnastics and professional snowboarding, Wendy discovered her calling in yoga in 2001. She is trained in both the Vinyasa and Kundalini traditions, and has studied under the guidance of Bikram Choudhury and Baron Baptiste. Originally from Whistler and Vancouver, Canada, Wendy taught at Neoalpine, YogaPod, and Yaletown Yoga studios before moving to Hong Kong in 2006, where she teaches at Pure Hong Kong.
