Stacy has excelled in her career as a yoga teacher, presenter, product developer & business owner. With over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry, she gained worldwide recognition for her Yoga Body DVD Series. When YogaWorks, one of the world's most comprehensive Teacher Training Programs wanted to break into the San Diego market, they approached Stacy to launch their programs.

As the Yoga Director for the Yoga School of Business (yogaschoolofbusiness.com), she has assisted yoga teachers, studio owners and aspiring yoga students in developing their skills, defining their career paths and discovering freedom in life.

Bringing together her passion for helping others as well as the experience and grace which comes from a daily practice of yoga and meditation, Stacy launched YogaNamaStacy.com, to share her knowledge with others. Stacy continues to appear on Exercise TV and has been seen as the face and spokesperson of many top health and fitness brands.
