Dear Zobha Community,
When I decided to start Zobha, it was important to me that it not only be a brand that creates beautiful and high quality products, but one that builds community and philanthropy around meaningful and high-impact causes.
The Zobha Foundation was founded in 2008 in parallel with the Zobha brand and focuses our resources on youth, education and wellness. Providing opportunities to those within communities that might not otherwise have access to the necessary resources to help them achieve their full potential is the manifestation of Zobha's core values as a company: our foundation in the truest sense of the word.
In the short history of our company, we have helped thousands of children reach their true potential through our support of Headstand, a non-profit organization that brings yoga and wellness programs to in-school curriculums of children living in at-risk communities. We have raised thousands of dollars to support breast cancer awareness and the 1.5 million women diagnosed with this insidious disease each year. We have helped many reach their dream of becoming a certified yoga teacher through our annual Grace of Giving Scholarship.

The Zobha Grace of Giving Scholarship is an annual grant awarded to qualified candidates for study in an approved yoga/fitness teacher training program. The scholarship is awarded based on a demonstrated financial need and/or a desire to leverage your teacher training to serve a community in need.
Zobha's Founder and CEO, Jamie Hanna, was profoundly influenced by her own teacher training, and continues to be inspired by the many talented individuals who choose to make teaching a career. The Grace of Giving Scholarship is a part of a broader effort to give back and make yoga & fitness accessible to all.

Since 2010, Zobha has concentrated its charitable giving on supporting education and wellness programs that will benefit youth-at-risk in our communities. In selecting which partners best complemented our Foundation's values, Headstand was a natural fit.
Headstand brings yoga to the classrooms of children at risk of failing to achieve their potential due to instability in their communities, families, or personal life. Since 2010, Zobha has donated 10% of sales from the bestselling Grace Tank to support Headstand, and provides other support such as sponsoring fundraising events, providing outfits for teachers, and offering guidance as Headstand works to extend their successful program to additional communities. Each October, members of our community join the movement to raise awareness around Breast Cancer through local Circle of Grace Member-led fundraising events and through direct purchases on zobha.com. To date, we have contributed nearly $100,000 to this special cause.
Circle of Grace BCA Events: 100% of all fees for these yoga workshops are donated directly to breast cancer awareness organizations around the world. Thank you to the Zobha Circle of Grace members for generously donating their time and for their commitment to breast cancer awareness.
